Multimedia Documentation Training in Kogi

Lokoja, Kogi State – Four Icons Premium Limited recently conducted a practical training on Multimedia Documentation of Project Achievements and Impact, aimed at strengthening how development projects capture, communicate, and preserve evidence of results.

The training brought together extension officers, project staff, and relevant stakeholders directly involved in documenting project activities, achievements, and outcomes. It was designed to strengthen their capacity to move beyond routine reporting and adopt more intentional, evidence-based approaches to capturing project impact.

Participants were taken through core elements of multimedia documentation, including visual storytelling, photography and video for development, field documentation techniques, content structuring, and ethical considerations when engaging communities and beneficiaries. The sessions emphasized clarity, credibility, and relevance in presenting project achievements to diverse stakeholders.

A strong practical component formed the backbone of the training. Through demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants applied the tools and techniques discussed, ensuring that learning was immediately transferable to their project work.
