Strengthening Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement in Plateau State

Jos, Plateau State – Four Icons Premium recently facilitated a transformative training workshop on Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement for the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project team in Plateau State.

Led by Aishat Onusi, Managing Director and Lead Trainer of Four Icons Premium, with support from Sanni Momoh Onogu as a resource person, the workshop provided participants with essential tools to enhance communication and stakeholder management capacities. The training focused on fostering collaboration, building trust, and aligning communication strategies with the Project Development Objective (PDO) for livestock development.

Participants were introduced to practical approaches for stakeholder mapping, relationship building, and effective engagement, equipping them to deliver sustainable outcomes for the LPRES Project in Plateau State.

This initiative underscores Four Icons Premium’s unwavering commitment to equipping project teams across Nigeria with the knowledge and skills needed to drive impactful development outcomes and ensure long-term success.
